Bundle 1 includes 3 classes:

  • Shoulder and Hip Mobility Flow: 54 minutes

    • This class is a Yoga and Mobility practice that works into different ranges of motion more specifically within the shoulders and hips. It is a strength and mobility based practice that has some flow and some longer holds. It is designed for all levels.

  • Core and Glute Wake Up: 30 minutes

    • This class is a Pilates practice that details some of the basic principles of Pilates and how to correctly find awareness and alignment within the body. It focuses mainly on abdominal and glute work to create more stability and strength. It is designed for all levels.

  • Rotations and Salutations: 36 minutes

    • This class is predominantly a Yoga practice with a sprinkle of Pilates stability work. It gets the body moving with a steady flow of movement and involves the rotation/twisting of the spine within active and passive ranges of motion. It is designed for all levels.
