Yoga has been an important part of my life for over 10 years and I have learned so much by teaching this practice. Over the years my knowledge and investment in this practice has grown and I love sharing it with others.

The way that I teach comes from my interest in understanding the body as a whole. Through my background in Dance, I have always been intrigued by anatomy and alignment. I aim to give my students something to learn about the way their body moves when they take class with me. The mental and emotional connection this practice digs into is profound and I hope to speak some truth to every student that comes my way.

I love moving my body to a strong and steady Vinyasa practice and I also love the way an alignment heavy Iyengar inspired class makes me feel. I have studied Hatha, Vinyasa, Anusara, and Yin styles of Yoga. Most recently I have been interested in incorporating Mobility practices into my teaching. I believe in the overall well being of each individual that comes to practice with me and try to cater to my students’ needs. I am personal and attentive and hope to create an environment that supports EVERY BODY.
